  • Can Crownline Impex order from any website?
    Yes, we can order from any website. If a website is not reliable, we will report this to prevent ordered goods from not being delivered.
  • How often are there air freight and sea freight cargos?
    We have weekly air freight cargos and biweekly sea freight cargos.
  • What is the lead time for air freight if I place an order?
    The lead time for air freight after delivery of your item to our warehouse is 1 - 2 weeks.
  • Is the order placed immediately after payment?
    No, orders are placed within 12 hours after payment has been made.
  • Does Crownline Impex offer a warranty on ordered goods?
    No, we are just the intermediary. If the goods are damaged during transport to Suriname, you will be reimbursed. You are entitled to the manufacturer's warranty if your item has one and if the period has not yet expired. However, the return costs are borne by the customer. Ordering refurbished or used items is at your own risk. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive as described.
  • What are refurbished items?
    Refurbished items are used goods that have been repaired by the manufacturer or seller.
  • Will I get my money back if the supplier no longer has the goods in stock or if my goods were shipped but never arrived?
    Yes, if the supplier no longer has the item in stock or if your item has not arrived, you as a customer will receive a FULL REFUND. You may then decide to collect your refund or place a new order.
  • Will there be any additional costs when collecting my goods?
    No, you will not pay more than the total amount stated on the invoice but if there are any additional local costs (handling costs) upon arrival of the products, you will be notified.
  • Which bank accounts can I deposit into and how do I get proof of payment?
    Please send a copy of the deposit slip to info@crownlineimpex.com so that your order can be placed. Once we have received proof of payment, you will receive proof that we have received payment within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
